If by normal you mean the Browns struggling to get passed a Texans team with a journeyman back-up QB and a roster that screams we are tanking for the 1st overall pick... then yup that looks about normal. The Browns played a good team and were exposed for not being able to hold a lead, then get to play a AAA level team and struggle...but no... no... they are in good shape...
