The problem with an "experienced" HC is that it'd be very unlikely for any to come to Cincinnati.
I think it'd have to be a good OC/DC (not position coach) who hasn't been a HC yet and looking for an opportunity.
Joe Brady or Eric Bieniemy are two logical choices due to their ties to the Bengals.
But whoever is the HC next year better draft a good OL in the 1st round. Burrow is getting hit way too much (some of which is his own fault) for this offense to have any consistency.
I'd prefer an OC that knows how to attack downfield some.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
