But, I get it someone with HC experience, albeit college HC experience should NOT be considered for Zac's replacement, but someone with no HC experience and little coordinator experience (basically Zac Taylor 2.0), now THAT is HC material.
Ridiculous comparison. Joe Brady has been successful at every stop. College and Pros. Taylor was terrible at UC, terrible here, and terrible as an interim OC in Miami. The only success he’s had was as a position coach.
All I have to say is look at 2018 LSU (especially Burrow) and then look at 2019. And then look at 2018-2020 Sam Darnold and then look at 2021 (small sample size but he looks great so far).
Brady took the proper path by becoming an OC first. Taylor skipped a step. And it shows.
