12 personnel can be very effective in a ground based/West Coast type of attack, especially if you have one of those "TEs" that can play like a true FB/H-back type of role. Thinking back to when we employed players like Ryan Hewitt and Tyler Kroft.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
