All I can tell from all of this is what I already knew. The Bengals use to draft better offensive linemen than they have recently.
The answer, of course, is to draft better by having better evaluations of the players coming in. Even Jonah Williams hasn't been as advertised.
The OL was an issue 4 years ago. It still is today with different players.
