We spent all offseason talking about changing the culture. New Dey and all of that. That doesn't mean just on the field, it needs to account for everything this organization does both on the field and off. Do you want to portray the image of a well run winning organization worth billions, or do you want to portray the image of a cheap family run mom and pop shop?
