Yes and no.
Burrow only played two seasons in Louisiana and spent the rest of his life (and played all other seasons) in Ohio. He'll be fine.
Chase, however, has spent his entire life up to this year in Louisiana, so any game played below 40 degrees will be his own personal Freezer Bowl.
