Not necessarily.
DEs are counting 3-4 DEs too.
3-4 DE and 4-3 DE are not the same.
A 4-3 DE is closer to a 3-4 OLB than a 3-4 DE.
I get though why you can't just search for "OLB" in PFR to get the metrics, as it will give 4-3 OLBs too.
