Basing my opinion on ESPN win rate, PFF grades, sacks and most things one would look at, I'd say we're average at best, and most likely a bit below that. It beats the pants off of where we were last year, but its not to the point where I think people should be doing victory dances and rubbing people's faces in it.
...and just to maintain average-at-best, the FO has work ahead of it, to bring back Spain and Reiff. Priority should be Spain, as he's really our only linemen who has truly played at a very high level. Jonah and Reiff have been very solid but not anything close to Whitworth level, and Hopkins/Carman have been replacement level.
We're better, but the line is still probably the weakest aspect of this team.
