you dont go by 1 game. Herbert also has a lot of ints on the season. Only reason he doesnt have more is because their scheme is west coast short pass type offense
I dont think this game is a particularly good judge for 'who's better', but I will say I think most would have Herbert above Burrow. Not by a lot, just above. Should be said that Herbert went into a better spot to succeed and he's had more time (and consistent time) than Burrow. I like our guy and think we made the right pick.
