Down 24 to 0, they came back to 24 to 22. They did not win, but they NEVER QUIT. I have seen Bengals teams in past years that did QUIT during the game. I respect the Character they showed in defeat, and so did Coach Cowher. Bengals made a lot of mistakes, but mistakes you can correct going forward. Bad Team Character would be more serious.
Hopefully next week not as many turnovers and penalties and mistakes. A chance to beat Bengals Super Bowl foe of the 1980's, THE SAN FRANCISCO 49ers.
I'm not saying I liked losing. I'm saying I liked the NO QUIT. The worst thing you can do in football is wimp out and quit on your team mates and coaches with half the game left. Bengals NEVER QUIT, and I Respect That.
