Marvin drug the franchise kicking and screaming into the 21st century. He's owed a debt of gratitude for that. Those last few years were..... uninspired. IDK who's call it was to promote Zampese, but that was a terrible decision. 

When he had Gruden, Hue, Zim, and even Guenther, this team was pretty darn good.
