I struggle to understand posters with the perspective it's completely the fault of the coach or conversely completely the fault of the players. Such views ignore the complexities of an NFL franchise as an organization. It takes the whole organization to experience success. Pieces within the organization often must change to see improvement. To think, "Oh, the players play the game and it is 100% on them when bad things happen" is too short sighted. Again, it is also short sighted when people only blame the coach. Oh well.
