But signing a top 10 paid RT in free agency and using a high second round pick on O-line is not "halfhearted" or a "bandaid".
Fred you and I both know they didn't do enough to sure up the offensive line.
They took a chance on a second round pick who was no guarantee. That guy can't even see the field right now.
Same with Trey Hopkins. Guy was coming back from a torn up knee and they just threw him out there. They knew damn well he wasn't ready. Not to mention they brought in zero depth for the OL, which was exposed last week.
They didn't do enough, hence the SHIT SHOW they have been pretty much all year. Burrow has been sacked 41 times. Worst in the league. If they keep giving up 5+ sacks a game they will set the record for most QB sacks in a regular season.
