Outside of that, both draft AND free agency should be HEAVILY leaned upon for upgrading the OL at EVERY position. Don't shy away from a LT just because of Jonah (unless said LT is asking for too much to be a backup and can't play anywhere else). Use the draft moreso for finding future replacements and use FA to find starters and depth that will play right away..

Keep the good depth that is currently starting and upgrade it if it isn't cost prohibitive. They've supposedly got the cap space. If guys like Hopkins are coming off your bench, you're in pretty damn good shape. If they're doing more than spot starting, it's bad enough, when the drop-off from them is as much as this team's is, you've got some issues.

Cut the deadwood, make these decent guys your backups at as many positions as possible, and roll with it.
