I mean prior to Marvin Lewis this team loved to hire from within and hire coaches that had been with the team previously. Coslet, LeBeau, after Shula's failure....
So thank god they took a step away from the Cincinnati pipeline. I mean it could've always been worse. We could've ended up with Tom Coughlin.
