Our manufacturing facility was once on a septic system, but then the company was forced to tie in to the local sewer system.  Everything still goes into the septic tank, but it has a macerating pump that pumps the waste into the sewer line.  As you can imagine, the pump will fail at times and need replacement.  Inside the electrical disconnect to the pump is that picture with the quote "Shitter's full Clark!" to at least give a laugh to the poor soul who has to fix it.
