Any place up in Mt Adams - but parking sucks so park your car downtown and take a cab or Uber up there,
I am not a big fan but a lot of people like Buckhead on the river and I do admit eating on the river is rather fun,

The Anchor Grill (Covington), Gourmet Chili (Newport), Camp Washington Chili (Cincinnati)
I feel good about these recommendations from when I was last there but it has been awhile - think all these places are still there...
