I think what OP is trying to get at is that while both teams have bad backups, Burrow is likely to get pressured (far) more than Stafford, and thus a higher chance that the backup could get called upon.
Donald had 12.5 sacks in regular season, another 1.5 in playoffs.
Floyd had 9.5 in regular season, another 1.0 in playoffs.
Von Miller had 9.5 this regular season (5.0 with Rams), another 2.0 in playoffs.
They do have collectively a better pass rush than the Bengals.
The Rams OL is also better than the Bengals OL.
It's no secret this season rode heavily on Burrow. The drop off to Brandon Allen is substantial.
But at this point, there's nothing that can be done, so the best we can hope for is the Bengals properly address OL and better address backup QB in the offseason.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
Sorry for Party Rocking!
