He's stubborn. He's not his dad. He's tried to run things in an outdated fashion. I don't disagree with any of that. He was the cause of the dark ages for the org. But in the last few years, they've made a lot of changes. They've been highlighted in multiple threads. Whether MB himself had anything to do with them, or they were the result of him stepping back and letting other people take charge doesn't matter. He still made them possible. And those are things every fan should celebrate.
And I personally will be very happy for Mike and raise my glass to him on Sunday night when the Bengals hoist the Lombardi. Because as much as the disaster of the last 30 years is on his shoulders, he also shares in the reasons for success now. And hopefully it leads the team to dig in and continue on their path to improving the org as a whole.
I have zero doubt MB is the worst owner in NFL history for a number of reasons. But I am very glad he has kept the team in Cincy.
