Palmer burnt his bridges pretty thoroughly with the team AND the fans. Ironically his holdout and trade helped build the team that made 5 consecutive playoff appearances as we used the two picks to get Dre Kirkpatrick and Gio Bernard.
As to his play, he had the one good season in 2005 and looked decent in 06, but remember the P6P nickname occurred for good reason.
