Nancy Brown called Bob's wife and offered their family tickets, airfare, hotel, and their meals on the Bengals. All expenses paid. Bob was floored by the gesture after all of the trashing of the Bengals he had done. So, yeah, Paul was still in charge, but it was a dynamic similar to Mike and Katie of today's times.
