There are a lot of injuries that won't be made worse by playing on them. And this is the Super Bowl so it does not really matter if CJ injures it again. He does not have another game for 8 months.
If it is stable enough and not too weak then he will play with the pain.
Unless there is a chance it could go from "injured" to "career ending injured" (and I would say that is pretty rare) then you go out there and give as many plays as you have in you. Even if you only last 5 or 6 that is better than zero.
