I didn't give up on Gio last year and I'm not giving up on Hill now.
Hill altered people's expectations for him. After we saw what he could do over the last 9 games of last season many of us were convinced that we had the next Corey Dillon. Naturally we were predicting that he'd be one of the top backs in the league. Now we're watching Hill struggle to carry the ball four yards. I believe that he's going through the same sophomore slump that Gio went through last year, but at least Hill is competent goal line back for us. I'm just hoping that we fix whatever his issues are this year and that we see the old Hill next year.
