Free Agency WILL Succeed

It feels strange to think of the Bengals being a popular free agent destination, but the team has done it's best to show the league that they want to win, so here we are. The team has made great strides in utilizing the free agent market as a way of improving the talent level of the roster, but that cannot be relied upon to continually build a competitive team. (teams run out of cap, eventually) They must also do their best to retain the drafted and developed talent already on the roster, as well as continue to improve in talent evaluation when it comes to fundamental players on each side of the line.
