Marvin Lewis talked to Mike about it several times, and it was reportedly a bone of contention with Marv's return in 2011.
If it wasn't important, teams wouldn't be spending hundreds of millions on these facilities. Billionaires aren't really into blowing hundreds of millions on frivolous things.
I would imagine that it hurts us somewhat in free agency when competing for free agents that multiple teams want.
