Yes. Last time they were in this spot, they went way under the cap and maximized rollover.

I could see them going: 

Morgan Moses or Trent Brown
Connor Williams - Three years, $20 million ($6.67M per year, $12.5 million total guaranteed)
Then, retain Spain.

I could also seeing them signing Connor Williams, relying on Carman and letting Spain go.
