IF forced to guess, the Bengals will tag Bates. Then, they'll wait in free agency...until Day 4/5...after all the money is spent, and they'll see which Guards and Tackles are there and see which ones they can sign for what they consider a reasonable contract. Then, they'll add 2 Guards and maybe a Tackle. Maybe 1 Guard is Spain. Maybe Reiff re-signs.

At TE, they'll look at CJ and see if he takes a discount. They may let him test the market, and see if he doesn't get what he wants. Then, they'll go for a value TE if they can't keep CJ.

They'll likely take a Tackle or Guard in the 1st or 2nd Round to develop.
