Sure, but you're also gambling that Jonah can play RT in the NFL.

1 Guaranteed Starter (Tunsil) + 1 Possible Starter (Jonah)
vs 
3 Guaranteed Starters (Jonah and 2 signed IOL) + 1 Possible Starter (1st Round RT)

That's a no brainer in my mind. Yes Jonah playing RT is better odds than a rookie playing RT, but that's still 3 guaranteed starters vs 1.
