Realistically, we need a vet or two, along with a couple draft picks with the intent that they'll be ready in 3-4 years when those larger veteran contracts expire.
And to be fair, the Bengals DID have a veteran slotted for all the OL starting spots.
Williams-Spain-Hopkins-XSF-Reiff
XSF and Reiff just ended up with big injuries that forced the backup young talent to start when they weren't prepared to.
This is where having some veteran backups help though.
Maybe we'll see some cheaper veterans added specifically to be backups.

Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
