I'd be fine with this. I think the side preferences are more of an outdated line of thinking nowadays. There are plenty of incredible rushers who face the RT and given how pass heavy the league is now, you should be weighting pass blocking ability over run blocking ability anyways. I don't have much of an opinion on Dillard himself, but if he is a strong pass blocker then he would be a great addition.
