Sterns was a big contributor to Bailey Zappe's success at WKU.
Actually played at 195 last year.
He looks to be a solid option for slot receiver (although probably initially a backup).
The thing I don't like is his lack of production as a PR.
12 PRs last year, but only a 4.8 YPR average.

If you can find a new PR elsewhere, Sterns might be worth a late-round snag.
Otherwise, he's potentially lacking a key attribute of making the roster - contributing in the return game.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!
