Maybe Faalele falls to the 2nd cause he has problems getting low. But if he can get low under Pollack the sky is the limit
with this guy.
Surprisingly, I don't think Raimann's technique is that poor for his short tenure at the position, although I do consider his floor a tad low (ceiling very high too tho).
