I like 48 million.

It helps when the contracts are constructed with it in mind in the first place. That said, all teams CAN do the same, not all teams WILL do the same. The Bengals have not proven they are willing to do cap manipulation to sign extra guys. Not sure where the "you don't realize" thing comes from. You're the one saying they're in "cap hell" when it's simply not true.
