I'll take a stab at BJ Hill as to best case scenario for this year.
"Bengals are re-signing DT BJ Hill to a 3-year, $30 million deal including $15M in year one" Sheftner
15M signing bonus prorated = 5M per year
Balance is 15M over 2 years = 7.5 per year (keep it easy)
If we structure BJ like we did Waynes it would look like this:

Y2 12.5M
Y3 12.5
