Nothing explicit, but even if we aren't targeting him, I think most free agent tackles are waiting on him to sign before they agree to terms. He's going to set the OT market, most likely, so whatever he gets will be the cap that other players will strive for.

No player wants to jump the gun and sign for much less than what the market may have yielded for him had he been more patient (arguably what Moses did).
