Only top 51 salaries and bonuses count against the cap. Spotrac is saying we have 18.3 million but does not include Morgan added and a player now in top 51 removed
The rookie cap is saying less than 6 million needed after adding rookies and removing others from top 51
I think #31 is CB, center or BPA is a stud receiver drops and our targeted CB ans center are gone/ If so I think we sign a DT vet, but maybe not until after the draft
