Your $7m and $5.3m can't add up, Luvnit. The cheapest player on the Bengals roster right now is making $705k, so your difference of $1.7m just isn't possible because they have 8 draft picks. 8 picks x $705k (minimum) = at least $5.64m of the rookie pool that isn't going towards the cap.
