I really hope the veteran linemen that the Bengals brought in are working out together in the offseason and they start to gel as a unit.  I think guys like Cappa, Karras, and Collins would be a positive role model on Carman.  He could take a huge leap in the second year.  It sure as hell isn't strength, and that is good because you can't teach that, but you sure as hell can teach technique.  

Here's to Carman taking a huge step (and being 100% healthy) in 2022.
