Longtime Head Trainer Paul Sparling retired at the end of the 2021 season. The Bengals have hired Louisville Head Trainer Matt Summers as the new Director of Sports Medicine and Head Trainer

The #Bengals have hired Matt Summers as their new director of sports medicine and head athletic trainer.
He replaces Paul Sparling, who retired.
A UK grad, Summers spent the last four years as head trainer at Louisville.
