I think if you go that route, you need to use FA to fill out the rest of the key depth needs, like S, 3tech, and WR.  

You could include 2023 pick(s) too, but you basically have to up-round those picks when considering value.
For example, it's generally considered that a 1st rounder next year is about the equivalent of a 2nd rounder this year.

Just a possible option if not wanting to give up too many picks this year.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
