Spot on. I like Joe, and tbh I think he's ultimately a good dude, but if I were on the outside, his outfits and some of the things he does would 100% make me cringe and probably dislike the guy.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
