I've always viewed Gramps similar to Nately.
Both have their shtick. Gramps is old man humor. Nately is sarcastic slaps at the hypocrisy on here.
But both mix in actual takes from time to time. That post seemed like a serious take.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
