Conversely I focused on what they listed as needs:

31: BERNHARD RAIMANN/ OL A
63: JAMAREE SALYER/ OL C-
95: Dohovan West/ OL B+
Overall: B+

Their grades are pretty much based on whether the player is a reach or a value based on average draft position.  Raimann has an ADP of 23 or so, so he's a value at #31.  Everybody in the first example is a big reach based on their ADP.
