You're seeing teams trading WRs rather than paying them crazy money. The thinking seems to be that they are better off trading, drafting and getting the benefit of the rookie deal for players like receivers. I think teams are wanting the next Chase without fully understanding why it worked so far - the Bengals are multiple at WR.
