I suspect he will perform a bit better next to a much improved bunch of linemen. He isn't the best but the weakest link in the chain analogy became the only decent link in the chain last season after injuries at RT and RG. It was a dumpster fire.
If Burrow can not step up and must scramble back and towards the LT that turns a successful play by the LT into a sack at times. The right side of the line was really, really, bad for the majority of the season. QBs perform much better (as do tackles) when the QB can step up in the pocket.
