If you're talking about lower body injuries - it's usually a freak play or a dirty hit.  The hit to the knee on Palmer is now illegal and the hit to Burrow's knee was a freak play.

Fred's correct.  The number of sacks a QB takes doesn't lead to season ending or major injures - the data doesn't support that.
