IMO it was lack of ownership. He never really said I'm the MFing LG on this team..I can't watch the vid now but it seems I remember him being asked point blank was it his job to lose and he kinda skirted it. 

That's not really his decision though, so I can understand why he wouldn't have answered it.
The best he can do is go out there and perform. If coaches choose to go with someone else, that's their choice.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs

Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
