I just started watching this yesterday as I never heard of it before. I'm really enjoying it and I'm not really big into super hero shows (which it kind of is and isn't at the same time IMO). I'm mostly enjoying all the penises and butts. However, there really hasn't been that many penises and butts but I'm only on season 1 episode 4. Maybe that will improve. 
Really though it's a fun show so far with a lot of dark humor which I enjoy. I have not really viewed the show with any kind of real world meaning to it, politics or whatever since it's fiction. I found I enjoy movies and TV shows much more if I just look at it as entertainment, as intended, instead of trying to dissect everything as some sort of message or political statement. So thanks OP for mentioning the show as it gave me something new and fun to watch.
Now, I'm going to binge watch more so I can get to all the penises and butts.
