The Colts had less overall offensive talent for Luck than any team I have ever seen for a tier 1 QB. 

Colby ***** Fleener was Lucks #2 option in his best season (2014)

And his RBs were Richardson, Ahmed Bradshaw and Boom Heron. Lol
